1. How to sign up for our tour

Here are the steps for “Mongolian Adventure tours” booking

Select the trip that best fits your interest and schedule

Fill in the M.A.T “Booking form”

  • Mail completed and signed forms to us
  • The letter of confirmation and the invoice are sent to you
  • Receive the invitation letter
  • Start dreaming about your adventure in Mongolia.

2. Our responsibilities

The letter of confirmation is sent after receiving your Trip Application form. Pre –departure information folder, cultural and environmental guidelines and the tips for pre-departure for Mongolia will be sent upon the deposit received.

We will be responsible for your trip arrangements from the start till the end as well as the safety.

MAT LLC will not be in charge of expenses incurred due to international flight delays, cancellation of flights, lost luggage and health insurance.

3. Your responsibilities

If you are thinking of re-scheduling the current trip with another or cancelling, please inform us immediately.

10% of your payment will be deducted by MAT in case the trip is cancelled prior to 1-3 days upon the payment.

You are required to pay 30% for your trip confirmation and the rest 14 days before your trip starts. The invoice should be paid within 55 working days.

You will be in charge of the expenses for your own personal equipment, tipping, visa fee, inoculations and travel insurance.

Anyone who are allergic to any food or need any special medical condition or require vegetarian food should advise us in advance, otherwise it may be difficult or impossible to meet such demands

Your passport should be valid for 6 months since the date of visa issued.

4.Payments

Once you choose your tour, you will be expected to make the payment in accordance with the invoice we send you. We accept all forms of payment. You will be required to confirm your tour reservation with us and pay 20% advance payment 60 days prior to your tour. The payment shall be made in full amount 30 days prior to your tour.

5.Special request

If you have any special requests concerning tour routes, food, accommodation and other services, please feel free to let us know in advance. We will do our best to provide you with the best possible services permissible in given condition to meet your needs.

6.Cancellation

We would feel sorry if you decide to cancel your tour with us, however we understand it is compelled against your will. If you decide to cancel your tour due to health complications and other reasons beyond your control, please inform us about your cancellation as soon as possible. Depending on the cancellation request date, the refund will be made after certain percentage of the payment is deducted. The deductions will be calculated as follows:

15-29 days prior to the tour  -10 %

4-14 days prior to the tour – 40 %

3 days prior to the tour – 80%
